Known for her cruel and unsual ways, she is marked as the "Worst Ruler" to ever rule Grandocéan. Her hatred for her own Empire began just around her coronation when disaster struck. Alongside this, it was said a street woman had cursed her one night. She executed nearly a 4 thousand people in her reign which was marked as 'the reign of terror'.
